ERFA Hub is a static information page for the ERFA session. It has no sign-in, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or tracking.

What this site stores

Only your colour theme choice (light or dark), saved in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it by clearing the site data in your browser.

The live agenda is calculated in your browser from the published programme. Nothing about your visit is sent back to us.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like any web host, the service processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We do not use that data for analytics.

The account agent chat

Step 1 on the front page embeds a chat with a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent that helps you set up an account for the hands-on session. The chat runs on Microsoft's servers, not on this site: Microsoft processes what you type in it, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement (opens in a new tab). Only share what the agent needs, and never share personal passwords.
